There was sufficient evidence was found during the complaint inspection to determine that the provider pounded a child's face into the ground when the child would not sleep during naptime. This action resulted in the child sustaining bruising and swelling to the face, cuts and swelling inside of the mouth/lips, and a bloody nose.
